Sony Pictures Animation, the studio behind the acclaimed "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" trilogy and the "Hotel Transylvania" franchise, has delivered its latest K-pop fantasy action film, "K-Pop: Demon Hunters," to Netflix. The first official trailer for the highly anticipated movie was released recently, alongside its striking key art (pictured below). The full feature film premiered on June 20.

"K-Pop: Demon Hunters" is co-directed by Chris Appelhans, known for "Wish Dragon," and Maggie Kang, a veteran of numerous DreamWorks Animation productions. The impressive voice cast features a blend of American and Korean talent, including Arden Cho, Ahn Hyo-seop, Yunjin Kim, Liza Koshy, Dae Hyun Kim, Ken Jeong, and Lee Byung-hun.
The official synopsis reveals: They're not just a popular K-pop girl group selling out concerts—they're also formidable demon hunters! K-pop superstars Rumi, Mina, and Zoi secretly transform into demon hunters, dedicating themselves to protecting their fans from pervasive otherworldly threats. Now, they must unite to confront their greatest adversary yet: a group of demons disguised as a boy band, enchanting countless fans with their charm.
