Following products like "Kazuma Kiryu" and "Goro Majima," M.I.C. Co., Ltd. (株式会社エムアイシー)'s emerging brand DIGISM, under its "DIGSTA" series, has announced the release of its latest product based on the popular game "Like a Dragon": the "Taiga Saejima" PVC figure. The suggested retail price is 9,460 JPY, with an anticipated release in October 2025.
Taiga Saejima, patriarch of the Tojo Clan's direct Saejima Family, became a legendary yakuza "bearing the lives of 18 yakuza" during a mission. After serving 25 years in prison, he escaped to investigate the truth behind the obituary of Majima, with whom he had sworn a brotherhood. During his escape, he met Kiryu, and the two fought side-by-side. After the incident, he was cleared of the wrongful murder charges and became a major pillar supporting Daigo Dojima, the Sixth Chairman of the Tojo Clan.
The DIGISM "Taiga Saejima" figure stands approximately 18.5 cm tall. Utilizing the series' proud digital modeling and digital transfer printing technology, it faithfully recreates Saejima's facial expressions from the game – his rugged contours and sharp gaze. Details of his camouflage cargo pants and flight jacket are also faithfully reproduced, further emphasizing his robust and muscular physique! His clenched-fist pose is also full of spirit, exuding an irresistible masculinity overall!
