SUNRISEPOP, a Japanese company dedicated to the design, development, and manufacturing of high-quality anime licensed products, is launching two new items in their "Figure Sit" series, which combines sitting character figures with acrylic board dioramas. These new products are based on the popular anime "Jujutsu Kaisen" and feature "Gojo (Hidden Inventory / Premature Death)" and "Geto (Hidden Inventory / Premature Death)" sitting figures. Each figure has a suggested retail price of 5,500 JPY and is scheduled for release in October 2025!
The "Hidden Inventory / Premature Death" arc, which opens the second season of the "Jujutsu Kaisen" anime, depicts Gojo and Geto during their time at Tokyo Jujutsu High School, when they were assigned the mission to escort the "Star Plasma Vessel." After the mission, Geto's belief in protecting non-sorcerers wavered, leading him to desire a world with only sorcerers and no cursed spirits. These conflicting ideals set the strongest duo of Jujutsu Sorcerers on different paths.
Both figures stand approximately 13 cm tall and feature Gojo and Geto in their high school attire from the "Hidden Inventory / Premature Death" arc. They are sculpted with an approximately two-head-tall proportion, creating a casual sitting pose. Despite their cute stature, the figures meticulously capture the wrinkle details of their uniforms and include small accessories such as a basketball, a backpack, and an aluminum can. The diorama part consists of an acrylic standee printed with a wood grain floor and the text "Tokyo Metropolitan Jujutsu Technical High School." A logo standee for the "Hidden Inventory / Premature Death" arc is also included on the side, allowing both figures to be displayed together to recreate a scene of them relaxing!
