Yesterday (2nd), the Danish LEGO toy company's LEGO Icons series, which specializes in exquisite models, officially unveiled its latest product from the 2010 DreamWorks animated film "How to Train Your Dragon": the "How to Train Your Dragon: Toothless" brick-built model! It is scheduled for release on July 1, 2025, with a suggested retail price of US$69.99.

The story of "How to Train Your Dragon" is set in a world where humans and dragons are in constant conflict. The protagonist is Hiccup, a Viking living on Berk Island. As the only son of tribal chief Stoick, Hiccup, like the rest of his tribe, dreams of becoming a dragon slayer.
However, Hiccup was scrawny and couldn't even hold a shield steady, making him virtually useless in battles against dragons. That is, until he encountered a trapped Night Fury dragon and named him "Toothless." After a long period of interaction and companionship, the dragon and the boy gradually built a deep bond of trust. Hiccup's future life, as well as the Viking tribe's attitude towards dragons, underwent significant changes as a result.

This LEGO rendition of "Toothless" uses a total of 784 pieces, and once assembled, stands approximately 16 cm tall. It utilizes a large number of curved black elements to form Toothless's head and limbs, and cleverly interprets the overall physique with a low-body, chibi-style proportion, instantly making Toothless look like an adorable pet dragon. In addition to recreating the riding saddle on his back and the artificial tail fin at the end of his tail, crafted by Hiccup, it also features play mechanisms such as head rotation, mouth opening and closing, and adjustable wing and tail angles. You can even place a fish in Toothless's mouth or attach attack effects – truly endearing!
