Andrew Garfield and Monica Barbaro, whose careers are both on the rise, have been making headlines with their romance, frequently photographed together on outings and grocery runs. Beyond their personal connection, the couple is now set to share the big screen, co-starring in "Artificial," the next film from "Call Me by Your Name" director Luca Guadagnino.

Reportedly, "Artificial" will delve into the November 2023 turmoil at OpenAI, chronicling CEO Sam Altman's dramatic five-day period of being fired and subsequently reinstated. The screenplay is penned by Simon Rich, known for "An American Pickle," and produced by David Heyman, whose credits include the "Harry Potter" film series. Garfield, Barbaro, and Russian actor Yuri Borisov—who recently garnered attention for his role in "Anora"—are currently in negotiations to star.
This project marks Garfield's second collaboration with Guadagnino, following their work on "After the Hunt," which is slated for a North American release on October 10.
