Japan's PLEX Co., Ltd. (株式会社プレックス), under its URLTA Great Monster Series 5000, which offers various Ultraman-themed monster products, has unveiled a new item: the "Zetton (Second Generation)" PVC painted finished product. The suggested retail price is 5,500 JPY, with an estimated release in September 2025!
Appearing in "The Return of Ultraman," Zetton (Second Generation) is a monster of the same species as the "Zetton" cosmic dinosaur that once defeated the original Ultraman. Known as the "Second Generation of the Strongest Monster," it was enhanced, modified, and controlled by Alien Bat, possessing combat abilities surpassing the original Zetton. Ultimately, it was thrown into the air by Jack and defeated by the Spacium Ray.
This time, PLEX is bringing the Zetton (Second Generation), which was never released as a figure during its original TV broadcast, into three dimensions. Standing approximately 18 cm tall, it faithfully recreates its appearance from the show, with sculpted details capturing the rough texture of its skin and various design elements on its suit. The paintwork accurately reproduces the colors seen in the series, exuding powerful charm through its simple yet striking form. Toy collectors who longed for this figure back then but couldn't acquire it absolutely must not miss out!
