Led by renowned Taiwanese sculptor Sam Hsu, 900SCULPTOR STUDIO's derivative soft vinyl toy brand Kui Studio, following the highly acclaimed and increasingly valuable releases of "Monkey King" and "BAJIE", has spent 15 months in development, and now the third loyal disciple from the Journey to the West, "Sha Seng," finally makes his debut!
The classic character "Sha Seng" from ancient Chinese mythology and legends has been reinterpreted by sculptor Sam Hsu with his unique and ingenious demonic style, creating an incredibly powerful 32 cm tall soft vinyl figure that exudes a steady and resolute aura, shouldering the arduous journey and steadfastly guarding the path to retrieve the scriptures! The accessories are crafted from composite materials such as resin, wool fabric, and oil-paper umbrellas. With 13 separate parts throughout the body, the intricate sculpting details meticulously capture Sha Seng's rugged and robust physique and his weathered appearance. Carrying a heavy burden on his back and holding an oil-paper umbrella, he displays a unique blend of strength and gentleness, embodying unparalleled loyalty. The rough skin texture and full musculature are distinctly layered, while the clothing and accessories are enhanced by the combination of different materials, strengthening the overall visual tension and delivering a shocking masterpiece that combines grotesque beauty with collectible value!
