Every boy needs his own Ultraman! Tsuburaya Productions' legendary tokusatsu film 'Ultraman' monster series returns to Earth! This time, instead of causing destruction, they've been transformed into commemorative liquor bottles, elevating the Ultraman series into adult collectible art pieces – the 'Alien Baltan' and 'Kaiju Booska' editions make a powerful debut with a nostalgic sentiment. Please mark your calendars for 12:00 PM on June 17th, when pre-orders open!
A Classic IP Loved by All Ages
First aired in 1966, 'Ultraman' featured the silver-bodied space ninja 'Alien Baltan,' always wielding giant pincers and appearing as an illusion; and the mischievous, humorous, and healing 'Kaiju Booska.' These monsters are childhood memories for those born in the 60s and 70s, and even after sixty years, they remain children's favorite classic antagonists. Now, they've been transformed into commemorative liquor bottles, allowing you to 'collect these characters in your liquor cabinet and drink them into your heart' in an adult fashion.
The Romance of Monsters, Understood Only After Growing Up
Authorized by Jiu Ling Te Hou (酒齡特厚) and co-planned by Xin Yi Wen Chuang (鑫羿文創), Kaoliang liquor is poured into two exclusive monster-shaped bottles for the popular 'Kaiju Booska' and 'Alien Baltan' characters, transforming them into collectible art pieces. Limited gold and silver editions will also be released simultaneously, shipped at a 1:12 ratio, mimicking the 'blind box' trend where collectors rely on chance to acquire a hidden edition, further whetting collectors' appetites and increasing their value. Paired with Kinmen Royal Distillery's 58-degree Kaoliang liquor, from bottle design to liquor selection, this not only offers fans the joy of collecting but also demonstrates sincere homage to a classic IP. These are not just adult souvenirs; they are a tribute to your grown-up self, where you now conquer the monsters and become their master.
The 'Ultraman Monster Series Commemorative Liquor Bottle - Alien Baltan / Booska Edition' is priced at NT$6,900 per set. A special collector's set for both editions is available for NT$13,200. Each edition comes with a pair of limited-edition Kaoliang liquor glasses. Pre-orders for the Ultraman Monster Series Commemorative Liquor Bottles open at 12:00 PM on June 17th. Inquiries can be made at Jiu Ling Te Hou, Xin Yi Wen Chuang, 7-ELEVEN stores, and authorized liquor distributors.
