Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company, under its prize brand BANPRESTO, has announced the latest prize figure from the anime Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX, the "Haro-type Speaker," scheduled for release on June 24, 2025.
In the series, the "Beanie Haro," voiced by popular voice actress Rie Kugimiya, is an AI robot capable of conversing with humans. Unlike the green Haro from the main Mobile Suit Gundam timeline, its head lacks the two ear-like outer shells. This particular Haro unit was originally owned by the recycling shop "Gani-Bon Shokai," but after protagonist Yoha Amate (Machu) first piloted the Mobile Suit "GQuuuuuuX," it entered the cockpit with her to assist the inexperienced Machu in combat.
The "Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX Haro-type Speaker" is crafted at an approximate height of 13cm, faithfully recreating Haro's appearance with its beanie and the absence of the two ear-like outer shells on its head. For use, the beanie part must be removed to reveal the speakers on both sides. Once batteries are inserted, music can be played via the stand's USB Type-C (male) to 3.5mm (male) connection device, and its eyes even feature a light-up mechanism!
