Noted entertainment journalist Daniel Richtman recently revealed several developments regarding upcoming "Star Wars" projects on his Patreon page. Regarding casting, Richtman indicated that Chris Evans has been eyed for a role, though details on the specific character or project remain unknown.

Richtman also mentioned that beyond the officially announced Rey Skywalker solo film, more characters from the sequel trilogy are expected to return in various projects, with one character potentially even getting their own dedicated spinoff movie.

As for "The Mandalorian," Richtman claimed that the series' storyline will not continue with a fourth season. Instead, if the upcoming film "The Mandalorian & Grogu" proves successful, it will lead to a sequel and potentially expand into a full trilogy. However, if the film underperforms, it will be considered the final chapter of "The Mandalorian" saga.

Richtman further reported that while the renewal status for a second season of "Star Wars: Skeleton Crew," which premiered late last year, is uncertain, Jude Law's character, Jod Na Nawood, is expected to appear in other projects.
