MEZCO TOYZ, the American toy manufacturer, under its 3.75-inch action figure brand "5 POINTS," has officially announced a new product from the classic animated series "Samurai Jack": the "Samurai Jack Deluxe Set"! Scheduled to ship from November 2025 to January 2026, with a suggested retail price of US$66.
"Samurai Jack" is an adventure animation created by Russian-American animation director Gennady Tartakovsky, and is believed to be one of the cherished childhood memories for many toy enthusiasts who watched it on Cartoon Network. The story tells of an unnamed prince from ancient Japan who, to stop the evil shapeshifting master "Aku," embarked on world-traveling training. After many years of Aku's occupation of Japan, he returned, on the verge of defeating Aku and restoring peace; however, Aku used magic to open a time portal, sending the unnamed prince to a distant future ravaged by Aku's evil power. Under the name "Jack," the prince once again began his journey to eliminate Aku in this shadow-shrouded future world.
This deluxe set includes the protagonist "Samurai Jack," the embodiment of evil "Aku," and "Rage Jack," who appeared in Season 1, Episode 8, extracted by Aku's magic from Jack's hatred. Both Jacks can utilize interchangeable parts to recreate dynamic battle poses from the show, with the lower body parts featuring a low center of gravity being particularly impressive; the dark Aku comes with an interchangeable head sculpt to replicate his appearance when devising cunning schemes, and additionally, there's a smaller, scorpion-transformed version.
