The "Saint Cloth Myth EX" series, released by Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division TAMASHII NATIONS, has announced its latest product: the "Andromeda Shun (God Cloth)" action figure! It has a suggested retail price of 29,700 JPY and is scheduled for release in December 2025.
"Andromeda Shun," one of the five Bronze Saints, is the younger brother of Phoenix Ikki and is often protected by his brother. In the story's setting, he can use "chains" and "wind" to fight enemies. He possesses a pure and kind personality, despising battle, and "even when fighting for justice, he is unwilling to harm anyone." With fair skin, green hair, and a pink Cloth, he appears delicate and frail, but at critical moments, he always displays strong fighting spirit, revealing his hidden power to defeat opponents.
The "Saint Cloth Myth EX Andromeda Shun (God Cloth)" action figure returns after 16 years, based on the 2009 release, utilizing the latest production techniques! In addition to significant modifications and evolution based on the original artwork, it comes with a wealth of interchangeable parts, allowing for even greater enjoyment of various poses and actions. The figure stands approximately 17 cm tall.
The body proportions, retention, and sense of weight have all been adjusted to achieve a better overall quality; the coloring has also been updated and improved, using a lighter pink closer to the anime's main color for the Cloth, and treated with electroplating to create the unique shimmering luster of the Cloth! The face parts include a normal face, a shouting face, a closed-eyes face, a gritting-teeth face, and a gentle smiling face, offering a rich variety of expressions; paired with interchangeable hand gestures, the Nebula Chain, and chain effect parts, classic scenes from the series can be recreated! Consistent with the series, the Cloth can also be assembled to recreate its object form.
