Greetings, Toy People! Today, our Toy-Venture team has arrived at Taipei's Songshan Cultural and Creative Park to partake in the grand conceptual art exhibition, "THEiCON", a joint creation by the three powerhouses: HOW2WORK, THE LITTLE HUT, and PARADISE! Making its debut in 2025, "THEiCON" brings together nearly 50 renowned and emerging artists from various fields, both locally and internationally. They are set to present a rich creative feast for all you toy enthusiasts through a diverse range of media, including toys, paintings, and sculptures.
2025年に初開催されたコンセプチュアルアート展《THEiCON》を取材するため、台北の松山文創園区を訪れました。展覧会には、国内外から集まった約50名の著名および新進気鋭のアーティストが参加し、玩具、絵画、彫刻など多様なメディアを通して、現代アートの豊かな世界を表現しています。
We visited Songshan Cultural and Creative Park in Taipei to experience THEiCON, a conceptual art exhibition making its debut in 2025. Featuring nearly 50 established and emerging artists from around the world, the exhibition showcases a vibrant array of contemporary works through mediums such as toys, paintings, and sculptures.

"THEiCON" is being held in two warehouses at the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park: No. 4 and No. 5. By designing independent exhibition areas, the event maximizes the stylistic charm of each artist. Furthermore, every booth features a QR Code; scanning it allows you to read introductions to the artists and their exhibited works. From a curatorial perspective, this approach enables attendees to get to know the artists they are interested in more deeply, thereby enhancing the exhibition's interactivity. On a personal note, your editor feels that each booth is like a mini solo exhibition dedicated to that artist, making the overall experience truly spectacular.
《THEiCON》は松山文創園区の第4・第5倉庫で開催されており、各アーティストの個性を最大限に引き出すため、独立した展示エリアとして構成されています。各ブースにはQRコードが設置されており、来場者はそれを読み取ることで、作家や展示作品に関する詳しい情報を確認できます。展覧会全体はインタラクティブ性を高めることを意識したキュレーションとなっており、興味を持った作家についてより深く知るきっかけとなっています。編集部としても、それぞれの展示がまるでミニ個展のようで、非常に見応えのある内容だと感じました。
Held across Warehouses 4 and 5 of Songshan Cultural and Creative Park, THEiCON is thoughtfully curated with individually designed sections that highlight each artist’s unique style. Every booth includes a QR code, allowing visitors to access detailed information about the artists and their exhibited works. With a focus on enhancing engagement, the exhibition encourages attendees to explore artists they are drawn to from a curatorial perspective. From the editor’s viewpoint, each section feels like a mini solo exhibition — making the overall experience truly impressive.
