The robot-themed action figure series "ROBOT SPIRITS ver. A.N.I.M.E.", released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd., has announced the latest product from "Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket", the "MSM-07E Z'Gok E", scheduled for release in January 2026.
The MSM-07E Z'Gok E is an amphibious mobile suit developed by the Principality of Zeon during the "Integrated Maintenance Plan" implemented at the end of the One Year War, improving upon the Z'Gok. In addition to standardizing components such as the cockpit to significantly reduce production costs and pilot operational burden, it also features a retractable arm and leg system, shoulder and waist armor with fairing functions, and land-use thrusters, among other enhancements, further boosting its overall performance. It is hailed as the most complete amphibious mobile suit developed during the One Year War.
The "ROBOT SPIRITS Z'Gok E ver. A.N.I.M.E." faithfully recreates the in-show design proportions with new sculpting, utilizing color painting and printing to achieve the distinct color separation of the mono-eye camera and thruster nozzles, as well as the body markings. The bellows structure of its four limbs features articulated segments and joint designs, while the chest and waist also incorporate pull-out movable joints, achieving a remarkably flexible range of motion.
Accessories include a jet backpack that can be attached to the back, and four water jet effects that can be attached to the back and backpack, allowing for the recreation of underwater movement scenes. Furthermore, the six-tube missile launcher on its head comes with three pairs of effect parts of varying smoke lengths, enabling the depiction of more dynamic firing poses.
