The popular gashapon product series 'ULTIMATE LUMINOUS', released by Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd.'s GASHAPON brand, which emphasizes ultimate sculpting and ultimate luminescence, has announced the latest product from 'Kamen Rider Kuuga', 'ULTIMATE LUMINOUS Kamen Rider Kuuga', scheduled for release in November 2025.
Kamen Rider Kuuga is the form adopted by the adventurer protagonist, Yusuke Godai, after equipping the 'Arcle' transformation belt used by the ancient Linto warriors found in the Kuoga Ruins. He is the legendary warrior who fought against the Grongi tribe, also known by the police as 'Unidentified Life Form No. 4'. Thanks to the 'Amadam' spirit stone embedded within the Arcle, Kuuga can transform into various forms and manipulate corresponding natural elements.
'ULTIMATE LUMINOUS Kamen Rider Kuuga' includes two non-articulated figures of Kamen Rider Kuuga, 'Amazing Mighty Form' and 'Ultimate Form', standing approximately 11-14 cm tall. To commemorate the 25th anniversary of 'Kamen Rider Kuuga's' broadcast, the product features an outer packaging box printed with cool illustrations of Ultimate Kuuga, as well as a special display stand with Kuuga's emblem and Linto script, allowing both figures to be displayed simultaneously.
The 'Ultimate Form' features a built-in LED lighting device in its head, capable of replicating the red glow of its compound eyes. It also includes interchangeable head and arm parts, along with effect parts, to recreate its 'Black Eyes' form and the impressive 'Supernatural Pyrokinesis' ability from the final battle. The 'Amazing Mighty Form' features lighting mechanisms in both its head and belt.
