Legendary Pictures' upcoming "Street Fighter" live-action film has unveiled two new cast members. Deadline exclusively reported that David Dastmalchian (pictured below), a veteran of the "Ant-Man" franchise, will portray the film's main antagonist, General. This role was previously rumored to go to Walton Goggins, but Dastmalchian has now officially taken the part.
Separately, Nexus Point News also revealed today that WWE superstar Cody Rhodes has joined the cast as Guile.

Previously confirmed cast members for the film include rapper 50 Cent as Balrog, Orville Peck as Vega, Jason Momoa as Blanka, Noah Centineo as Ken, Andrew Koji as Ryu, WWE superstar Roman Reigns as Akuma, Callina Liang as Chun-Li, and Eric André as the Ring Announcer.
The new "Street Fighter" live-action film is directed by Kitao Sakurai, known for the Netflix comedy "Bad Trip." Dalan Musson, co-writer of "Captain America: Brave New World," is penning the script. Notably, Eric André, who is also cast in "Street Fighter," was a lead in "Bad Trip."
