Japanese company TAITO (Taito Corporation) has announced its new figure series "DRESSTA" will release a new product based on the popular anime "Dandadan" – the "Momo" pre-painted figure – following "Okarun (Transformed State)". The reference price is 8,800 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in December 2025!
To prove to Okarun that aliens don't exist, the protagonist Momo Ayase ventured alone to the Nagiki General Hospital, known as a UFO sacred site, and was attacked by a Serpoian. In a critical moment, she recalled her grandmother's teachings on controlling her "ki" (life energy), which awakened her psychokinetic abilities. She can perceive the auras of people, yokai, and objects, and move them freely.
This DRESSTA Momo figure stands approximately 23 cm tall. It features her iconic pink cardigan uniform from the first season, capturing her battle pose with one hand extended forward, unleashing her psychic powers. The sculpting faithfully reproduces the wrinkles in her clothing and the dynamic flow of her hair, while her fair, long legs are made with molded skin tone, appearing incredibly delicate! The base continues the series' characteristic design, integrating the "Dandadan" (ダンダダン) title logo into a building-like diorama effect, depicting Momo leaping atop a building. This ingenious approach enhances the overall visual impact, and it can be displayed alongside the previously released Okarun (Transformed State)!
