T-SPARK, the high-end toy brand under Japan's TAKARA TOMY company, recently announced new additions to its "Q VILLAGE" (Qビレッジ) series, which is based on the concept of the Q-version racing car "Choro-Q" (チョロQ). This article will feature two products, numbers 01 and 04, from the classic sci-fi comedy film "Back to the Future". Let's take a look!
The "Q VILLAGE" series, which simultaneously satisfies the two major pleasures of "display" and "piloting" by reinterpreting classic vehicles in a compact, Q-version scale and pairing them with articulated figures, now introduces the iconic time machine "DeLorean DMC-12" from "Back to the Future" along with mini articulated figures of the protagonists: Marty & Doc Brown. In the QV-01 toy set, not only can you enjoy the high design density of the time machine due to its compact body, but you can also remove the car shell and place Marty and Doc Brown inside to recreate cool and adorable driving scenes. (The vehicle does not feature a pull-back mechanism)
And in the more luxurious QV-04 set, a large Value Van and Doc's beloved dog Einstein figure will be added. You can drive the time machine into the van, and also have Einstein sit inside the time machine. Furthermore, both figures come in different costume versions to match movie scenes. Oh...darn it, this truly makes it impossible to settle for just one!
