Bandai Namco Group's Gashapon toy brand, GASHAPON, is launching a seemingly useful yet somewhat "small waste" gashapon series called "Mini Gashapon Book (Mame Gasha Hon)". A special product with a "Weekly Shonen" theme, the "Mini Gashapon Book Weekly Shonen Jump Manga Collection 02", will be released first at "Saikyo Gashapon Station", featuring six popular manga in miniature! The reference price per capsule is 500 JPY, and it is scheduled to be released in July 2025!
The "Mini Gashapon Book Weekly Shonen Jump Manga Collection 02" gashapon, which focuses on ultra-miniaturization, will recreate popular manga from "Weekly Shonen Jump" in gashapon size! Not only are the manga covers perfectly reproduced, but even the removable dust jackets and inner covers are faithfully recreated. The second wave lineup includes: My Hero Academia Vol. 1, Mission: Yozakura Family Vol. 1, Undead Unluck Vol. 1, SAKAMOTO DAYS Vol. 1, The Elusive Samurai Vol. 1, and Ichigoki's Under Control!! Vol. 1. The manga content is exquisitely replicated in a small 5 cm size. While turning pages might require small tweezers, they are space-saving for collectors, highly recommended for toy enthusiasts whose homes are already out of space for manga!
