Following the previously announced Marin Kitagawa (China Maid Ver.), BANPRESTO's ESPRESTO-Detailed Elegance series, a prize figure brand from BANDAI SPIRITS Japan, is set to release another new item from the popular anime "My Dress-Up Darling": the "Sajuna Inui (China Maid Ver.)". This prize figure is scheduled for release on July 10, 2025!
Sajuna Inui first appeared in episode 6 of the anime. She visited Wakana Gojo's house looking for the creator of Marin's cosplay outfit, only to get drenched by a sudden downpour. Wakana's kind grandfather invited her in for a hot bath. However, upon leaving the bathroom, she accidentally ran into Wakana, leading to an embarrassing encounter. Later, when Marin arrived, both she and Wakana were surprised to discover that Sajuna was none other than Juju, the renowned cosplayer Marin had long admired. Following Marin's enthusiastic invitation, Sajuna decided to join them for a cosplay session.
The "Sajuna Inui (China Maid Ver.)" stands approximately 21 cm tall. It features an original design that blends traditional Chinese qipao elements with maid attire. However, unlike Marin's version, Juju's outfit incorporates a Gothic Lolita aesthetic as its base, enhanced with Chinese elements. The figure captures a dynamic pose, with Sajuna delicately holding a steamer in one hand. The sculpting highlights the voluminous skirt, which integrates qipao-inspired details, and intricate floral patterns on her sleeves. Her flowing pink hair and slightly disdainful expression perfectly convey Juju's tsundere charm!
