Japanese model manufacturer Kotobukiya (KOTOBUKIYA) has announced the commercialization of the 'Jukochodai' series of statues, known for their massive size, powerful sculpting, and vibrant colors. The new additions, from 'Yu-Gi-Oh!', are the 'The Winged Dragon of Ra - God Blaze Cannon Parts Expansion Set,' 'Slifer the Sky Dragon - Thunderforce Attack Parts Expansion Set,' and 'Obelisk the Tormentor - God Hand Crusher Parts Expansion Set.' Release dates are yet to be announced.
The 'Jukochodai' series' 'Yu-Gi-Oh!' products released in 2022, 'The Winged Dragon of Ra,' 'Slifer the Sky Dragon,' and 'Obelisk the Tormentor,' boast an impressive size of 50 cm in length and 35 cm in height. They meticulously recreate their biological features and sharp designs, while also applying color coatings that express light, shadow, and a sense of weight, presenting the full majesty of the Three Egyptian God Cards in a static form.
The three expansion sets announced this time further double their impact, each including interchangeable body parts and effect parts that surround the main body, recreating the powerful poses of the Three Egyptian God Cards as they unleash their signature moves such as God Blaze Cannon, Thunderforce Attack, and God Hand Crusher. The base part is a modified version of the previous KOTOBUKIYA SHOP exclusive bonus base, featuring a built-in LED light-up mechanism. When lit, combined with the transparent effect parts, the visual impact is further enhanced!
