Japan's official Gunpla flagship store, GUNDAM BASE, announced that the special product from "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED", "MG 1/100 Justice Gundam [CROSS CONTRAST COLORS / CLEAR GREEN]", previously sold exclusively at Bandai's official flagship store in China and GUNDAM NEXT FUTURE FINAL in TOKYO, will be available at all GUNDAM BASE stores starting August 16, 2025.
The ZGMF-X09A Justice Gundam is a next-generation Mobile Suit developed by the Z.A.F.T. military, integrating their own technology with data from the GAT-X series MS. Its pilot is Athrun Zala. Like its sibling unit, the Freedom Gundam, the Justice Gundam is equipped with a "Neutron Jammer Canceller," allowing it to operate a nuclear engine for nearly infinite energy, ensuring stable output even when using PS armor and high-energy beam weapons simultaneously. The Justice Gundam's most distinctive feature is the "Fatum-00" unmanned unit mounted on its back, which possesses formidable firepower and enables diverse combination and separation tactics.
The "CROSS CONTRAST COLORS" in the name of "MG 1/100 Justice Gundam [CROSS CONTRAST COLORS / CLEAR GREEN]" refers to a new effect achieved by blending various materials such as monochrome, clear, metallic colors, and decals with Bandai's researched model kit technology, creating a striking contrast to the original design.
This kit redesigns the originally red-toned Justice Gundam into a vibrant style featuring bright yellow and clear green armor. The "Fatum-00" unmanned unit mounted on its back utilizes luxurious gold parts combined with clear green. The lightning-patterned transfer decals applied throughout the body boast a brilliant mirror-like texture, evoking a unique, thunderous imagery.
