The renowned American toy brand Hasbro's Star Wars The Black Series has launched a new product based on the film "Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith" – the "Mace Windu & Darth Sidious" 6-inch action figure 2-pack. With a suggested retail price of US$59.99, it will be exclusively available at the San Diego Comic Convention (SDCC), which opened yesterday (24th), the London Movies, Comics, and Media Expo (MCM) to be held in London from October 24-26, 2025, and various other fall exhibitions attended by Hasbro!
In "Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith," after Palpatine revealed to Anakin that he was Darth Sidious, the Sith Lord, Anakin reported it to the Jedi Council. Master Windu went to confront Palpatine and gained the upper hand in the battle. However, Anakin, desperate to save Padmé, was swayed by Palpatine, severed Windu's arm, and fell to the dark side of the Force.
This 6-inch action figure 2-pack recreates this incredibly classic scene. Master Windu's Jedi robe features a soft material for the lower hem to minimize impact on articulation, while the master's outer robe is made of fabric to replicate the texture seen in the film. Most impressively, the head sculpt accurately captures the facial features of actor Samuel L. Jackson, even at the small 6-inch scale!
Darth Sidious's figure also features a fabric material for the Galactic Senator's red robes and includes two head sculpts: one normal and one disfigured by the backlash of the dark side of the Force. These also delicately reproduce the facial features of actor Ian McDiarmid at the small scale! Accessories include both characters' lightsaber effects and dark side Force lightning effects, allowing collectors to recreate the iconic scenes from the film!
