Korean figure manufacturer GNFTOYZ has partnered with Chinese figure manufacturer Hobby Sakura to announce the latest product from the popular mobile game "Goddess of Victory: NIKKE", the "Scarlet: Black Shadow 1/4 Scale Figure", scheduled for release in July 2026.
The highly popular NIKKE, "Scarlet", was once a member of a mass-produced NIKKE unit specializing in close-quarters combat a century ago, and participated in the First Rapture Invasion. Unlike her current image of drowning sorrows in alcohol and having a lax attitude, "Scarlet: Black Shadow" back then was an extremely belligerent, teetotaling berserker who constantly honed her martial arts. However, she was the only survivor after the war, and the sword she now wields is "Hua Wu Shi Ri Hong" (Flowers Don't Bloom for Ten Days), a relic from her deceased sister, "Rose."
The "Scarlet: Black Shadow 1/4 Scale Figure" is based on the character's official illustration pose from the game, allowing for full appreciation of every detail at this impressive size. The sculpting delicately captures Scarlet's voluptuous physique, her jet-black attire composed of leather and mesh fabric, and her vibrant red blade. It even meticulously recreates rich details such as the patterns on the mesh clothing, battle damage on the shoulder armor, and more.
The facial features, distinct from the game's anime style, are sculpted to realistically resemble a youthful doll-like face. Through rich color application and printing, the figure showcases her sharp gaze, delicate pink lip color and toenails, as well as the textures of various parts like fabric and metal across her body. The halo on her head is detachable, and comes with four interchangeable parts featuring the characters "一" (one), "刀" (sword), "兩" (two), and "斷" (cut/sever). The base depicts a scene with stone paths, bamboo shoots, puddles, and fallen flowers, echoing her weapon, "Hua Wu Shi Ri Hong."
