Variety reported today that Marvel has informed Hollywood agents of its plans to seek out very young, emerging talent for the new "X-Men" film, rather than established A-list stars. This strategy aims to significantly reduce the budget and cut personnel costs. However, Variety also noted that certain actor salaries remain non-negotiable.
