Japan's GOOD SMILE COMPANY's affordable pre-painted figure series "POP UP PARADE," based on the popular work "Berserk," is releasing its latest product: "POP UP PARADE Guts (Berserker Armor) XL size" PVC figure! The suggested retail price is 35,000 JPY, with an estimated release in April 2026!
In "Berserk," when the protagonist Guts battles the "Flame Dragon" Grunbeld, he dons the cursed armor "Berserker Armor," forged by the Dwarves (ドワーフ). The deep-seated hatred and resentment dormant within him are intensely amplified, and the surging, excited rage numbs his pain, replaced by a powerful, berserk impulse. This allows Guts to fight wildly with strength that surpasses human limits! He easily knocks away the Flame Dragon and instantly shatters shields that even cannonballs couldn't penetrate.
The "POP UP PARADE Guts (Berserker Armor) XL size" PVC figure features Guts in his Berserker Armor, making a grand appearance in an enlarged XL size with a total height of approximately 38 cm!
It boasts even greater presence than the previously released "POP UP PARADE Berserk Guts [Berserker Armor] L"! Meticulously recreating Guts' proud stance crouching on a rock, his "Dragon Slayer" sword, realistically painted with blood, rests on his shoulder. The armor is covered in sharp lines, and the tattered cape behind him is sculpted with intricate textures, building up rich layers and a sense of realism! In addition to the standard head, there's also a replaceable head that can be fitted with "mirait 316R" (sold separately) to enjoy an eye-glowing mechanism, further enhancing the berserk atmosphere. This large-scale size is incredibly imposing!
