Japanese toy company RE-MENT, known for creating exquisite accessories and miniature models, today announced a new product from its "petadoll" series based on "Detective Conan": the "petadoll Detective Conan 2" blind box figures! Scheduled for release on November 24, 2025, there are eight different designs to collect.
The petadoll series reinterprets characters from the show with a chibi, low-head-to-body ratio and beady eyes, presenting them as three-dimensional sitting figures. While fully reproducing their appearance details within a 6 cm height, their incredibly rounded facial expressions are utterly charming, just like adorable dolls.
This second wave of "Detective Conan" themed figures includes "Shinichi Kudo" and "Ran Mouri" in Teitan High School uniforms, as well as the high school couple "Heiji Hattori" and "Kazuha Toyama." The other four designs, as described in the product details, feature the Black Organization (黒ずくめの組織が登場), which will bring a knowing smile to fans' faces. These include Gin, Vermouth (Sharon Vineyard, who secretly wishes for the organization's destruction), Rye (who is actually FBI's top sniper Shuichi Akai), and Bourbon (currently operating under the alias Tooru Amuro, a Japanese Public Security Bureau officer).
