From Japanese model maker Megahouse, the 'G.M.G. (Gundam Military Generation)' series of movable soldier figures from "Mobile Suit Gundam" has announced its latest product, "G.M.G. COLLECTION 10 Char Aznable Normal Suit Ver.", slated for release in late December 2025.
The legendary figure of the Universal Century, Char Aznable, whose real name is Casval Rem Deikun, after his father was assassinated by the dictatorial, warmongering Zabi family, his mother fled with young Casval and his sister, Artesia (Sayla), and soon passed away in despair. Facing constant persecution from the Zabi family, Casval, who had come to Earth, became increasingly radical in his actions. He possessed talent and ideals, but was willing to betray anyone to achieve his goals. He assumed the name Char Aznable and infiltrated the Zeon military academy, appearing to be the "Red Comet" who struck fear into the Earth Federation Forces, but in reality, he was the son of Zeon Deikun, determined to avenge himself against the Zabi family by any means necessary.
The "G.M.G. COLLECTION 10 Char Aznable Normal Suit Ver." features a movable figure approximately 10 cm tall, depicting Char in his standard Zeon military pilot suit, with intricate sculpting that recreates the distinctive horn on his helmet, and flexible articulated joints. Through interchangeable parts, he can be displayed with his visor partially open, helmet completely removed, or holding his helmet. Accessories also include various interchangeable hand parts, a pistol, a holster for his belt, and ammunition pouches, allowing collectors to recreate his combat stance when not piloting a mobile suit.
