Hello everyone, today I'll be unboxing and sharing GSC's Sakura Miku: Ohanami Coord Ver.
The original illustration for this piece is by artist Rella.
The overall design, from head to toe, is filled with cherry blossom elements.
Moreover, the physical rendition is superb, with absolutely no sense of quality degradation.
However, there is a 'but'.
This particular release is unfortunately marred by issues with GSC's quality control.
Let's look at the photos, and I'll elaborate as we go.
Here are the pictures.
The outer box design is excellent, brimming with the essence of Japanese spring.

Figure rotation. My apologies, I didn't notice the first shot was overexposed.
(Sharp-eyed viewers might already spot the issue here.)

Detail Shots
The face sculpt has no bad angles; it looks great from all three directions.
The paintwork on the hair accessories and hat is also very good.

The hair color and sharpness are also excellent.
Then, I noticed that one of the twin tails was actually broken at a joint...
I've unboxed quite a few GSC products myself, especially many Hatsune Miku figures, and this is truly the first time I've encountered such a situation.

The clothing rendition is also excellent, and the small details on the bag are fine. The fingers and nails are exceptionally well-rendered.
I only noticed a small stain on the cuff of the hand holding the bag when reviewing the photos, but I don't consider this a significant issue as it's very minor.

The legs and shoes are also great..... or are they?
Why do I say that? If you only look at the sculpt, it's certainly great.
However, when I first opened it, there were traces of mold on parts of both legs.
Since the area wasn't large and it disappeared after I wiped it, I didn't specifically photograph it.
The leg mold issue isn't an isolated incident for me; I had already seen others sharing this problem online before unboxing.
That's why I decided to unbox this one first, and indeed, I also encountered it, though my situation was milder.

The base is excellent.

That concludes the introduction to the contents.
Purely in terms of sculpt, this is definitely an outstanding work among current Sakura Miku scale figures.
However, the problem lies in the inconsistent leg mold issue; some people have reported that theirs were fine upon unboxing (though it's unknown if it will appear over time).
Therefore, for those looking to acquire this figure, I recommend not insisting on a brand new, unopened box. Consider purchasing an unboxed one and ask the seller for detailed information on the leg condition.
