The alloy movable figure series "METAL HEAT", launched by Hong Kong toy brand POSE+, has announced its latest product from "Getter Robo Armageddon": "Getter Poseidon Getter Robo Armageddon Ver.", scheduled for release in December 2025.
Getter Robo G is a mass-produced Getter Robo created by Dr. Saotome in this work. It can transform into the aerial combat form "Getter Dragon", the ground combat form "Getter Liger", and the underwater combat form "Getter Poseidon". The Getter Army, composed of numerous Getter Robo G units, was originally a weapon developed by Dr. Saotome to combat invaders. Following Dr. Saotome's feigned betrayal, countless Getter Robo G units successfully merged to form the ultimate weapon for humanity's salvation, "Shin Dragon," which possesses the ability to endlessly produce "Metal Beasts" within its body.
The "METAL HEAT Getter Poseidon Getter Robo Armageddon Ver." is produced as a fully articulated figure with a height of approximately 21 cm. Utilizing various plastic materials and an alloy frame, it faithfully reproduces the refined design and rounded, heavy armor styling from the original work. It also features precise articulation splits and joint designs that do not compromise the overall aesthetic. With a three-axis neck structure, movable forehead armor, independently articulated shoulder joints and shoulder armor, fully articulated fingers, and other designs, it can be posed in highly dynamic combat stances. Opening the chest armor reveals a fan rotation mechanism for the "Getter Cyclone".
The product includes various accessories to recreate scenes from the show. Two-stage jet effect parts can be attached to the sole nozzles, and capture net effect parts can be attached to the fingers. The "Power Missile" on the back has launch effect parts. It includes a damaged "Power Missile" and the small robot "BT23," allowing for the recreation of the scene where Getter Poseidon smashes the Power Missile onto BT23. By replacing multiple parts such as the head, chest, and waist, it can also recreate the "Metal Beast Poseidon" form produced by Shin Dragon!
