Released by Japan's GOOD SMILE COMPANY, from their popular "Nendoroid" series which boasts over a thousand different products, after launching "Guts" based on the popular anime "Berserk," they have once again announced their latest product, "Nendoroid Guts: Berserker Armor Ver."! The suggested retail price is 7,500 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in January 2026.
In "Berserk," when protagonist Guts battles the "Flame Dragon" Grunbeld, he dons the cursed armor "Berserker Armor" forged by the dwarves. The hatred and resentment dormant deep within him are intensely amplified, and the surging, excited rage numbs his pain, replaced by a ferocious, powerful impulse. This allows Guts to fight wildly with strength beyond human limits! He easily knocks away the Flame Dragon and instantly shatters shields that even cannonballs couldn't penetrate.
The "Nendoroid Guts: Berserker Armor Ver." articulated figure stands approximately 10 cm tall, recreating Guts' form as he is consumed by the Berserker Armor and becomes the "Beast of Darkness" in chibi proportion! The armor, wild like a beast, is reproduced with a touch of cuteness, showcasing a sharp and robust texture. The cape on his back is designed with articulated joints, allowing it to swing dynamically with his poses. It comes with interchangeable helmet head parts, depicting a fierce, open-mouthed roaring expression, along with weapon parts such as the blood-stained "Dragon Slayer" and "Cannon," allowing you to recreate memorable scenes from the series!
