Japan's GOOD SMILE COMPANY, in collaboration with Max Factory, will release an assembly model of the protagonist "Kyoya Suda" from the video game "SIREN" as part of their "PLAMATEA" series! It is scheduled for release in April 2026, priced at 7,600 Japanese Yen.

"SIREN" is a horror action game developed by SCEI, designed by Keiichiro Toyama, the creator of "Silent Hill." It was originally released on the PS2 console in 2003. Its subtitle is "No matter how you struggle, it's despair" (どうあがいても、絶望). The game features realistic character designs set against dark, ruined villages and facilities, incorporating numerous elements of mythology, science fiction, Cthulhu, and more. The story describes how 27 years ago, a high school student named Kyoya Suda, having heard legends of Hanuda Village, which was wiped out by a landslide, came to explore the area. He encounters strange events, and as an eerie bell rings, the village becomes surrounded by a red sea, thus beginning a bizarre and mysterious tale.

This PLAMATEA "SIREN" Kyoya Suda model stands approximately 15 cm tall and features fully articulated joints. It includes interchangeable hand parts and two interchangeable face plates. Additional accessories include flame-effect parts, a fire poker, a flashlight, a display base, and the "Homuragi" (Flame Scythe) weapon for the final battle. Bonus accessories include the "Urīen" (sword) and "Urīen" (shield). The protagonist's green vest can be swapped for a version with the collar flipped up, and the left chest pocket can be chosen with or without bullet holes. With pre-colored parts, a high-quality finish can be achieved through simple assembly. Fans of the game are encouraged to consider acquiring it.
