"Sisu: Road to Revenge" is once again written and directed by Helander, with veteran Finnish actor Jorma Tommila reprising his role as the protagonist, Aatami. New additions to the cast include American actors Richard Brake and Stephen Lang, both portraying high-ranking Soviet officers who serve as the new antagonists in this installment.
The sequel follows Aatami as he returns to his home, where his family was brutally murdered during the war. He dismantles the house, loads it onto a truck, and resolves to transport it to a safe location for reconstruction as a memorial. However, the Red Army commander responsible for his family's deaths returns to relentlessly pursue him, igniting a brutal chase. The film is slated for a November 21 release in North America, with an earlier debut in Finland on October 22.
