Kotobukiya "Ranma ½ Ranma" 1/7 Scale Pre-Painted Figure, Female Ranma Appears with Cold Water Transformation! Kotobukiya Exclusive Bonus Included

Japanese toy company KOTOBUKIYA has officially unveiled a new product based on the classic anime "Ranma ½" – the "Ranma" 1/7 scale pre-painted figure, with a suggested retail price of 19,800 JPY, slated for release in February 2026!

"Ranma ½" is a manga series by Rumiko Takahashi, serialized in "Weekly Shonen Sunday" from 1987 to 1996. It was adapted into a TV anime by STUDIO DEEN in 1989, and again animated by MAPPA in 2024. It tells the comedic daily life of the protagonist Ranma, who fell into a cursed spring during training, causing him to switch between male and female forms upon contact with different water temperatures.

This Ranma 1/7 scale pre-painted figure stands approximately 24.5 cm tall, bringing to life Ranma's female form after contact with cold water, captured in a cool yet cute single-leg standing pose! The sculpting faithfully recreates the folds of her Chinese-style martial arts uniform, with intricate details like the ankle wraps and frog closures meticulously rendered. Her flowing braid adds a light, dynamic feel to the overall presentation!

The paintwork faithfully reproduces Female Ranma's iconic peach-pink hair color, and her sparkling large eyes are recreated with printing. Partial airbrushing deepens the shaded areas, giving the colors a more stable appearance! Additionally, a cold water bucket accessory is included for display, and it can be paired with the simultaneously revealed "Ranma Saotome" to showcase the charm of both of Ranma's forms!

Pre-ordering this time on the Kotobukiya official website will also include an exclusive smiling face interchangeable part, offering even more display options!
