From China's high-quality collectible brand HIYA TOYS, the EXQUISITE BASIC Series is set to release its latest product, the "Monster X" non-scale 8-inch action figure, based on the 2004 monster film Godzilla: Final Wars! Priced at US$54.00, it is expected to be released in Q4 2026.
Monster X, who appeared in Godzilla: Final Wars, is a mysterious monster summoned to Earth by the Xiliens, arriving in the form of a meteorite. It features a three-part head and walks bipedally, with an exposed skeletal appearance that is highly menacing. It teamed up with Gigan to attack Godzilla. However, after the Xiliens were defeated, Monster X's form changed, with its true inner self, "Keizer Ghidorah," breaking through its exoskeleton and growing wings, revealing its true form. Its ultimate attack, the "Destruction Emperor Wave," even pushed Godzilla into a difficult battle.
The "EXQUISITE BASIC Monster X" non-scale 8-inch action figure stands approximately 21 cm tall, faithfully recreating its classic appearance from Godzilla: Final Wars. Its exposed skeletal structure, like a cadaver, highlights its deterrent power as the ultimate weapon, while its sharp armor and red eyes exude a formidable sense of threat. Details such as its slender proportions, a mouth full of sharp teeth, and alien-like claws are meticulously sculpted. A highly flexible joint design allows for various dynamic poses; the tail features a bendable wire, allowing it to naturally sway with movement. Additionally, it comes with a pair of interchangeable hand parts to recreate intense battle scenes with Godzilla!
