Holland told Ladbible that he is a very ambitious person who wants to try all sorts of things, and one of them is to establish a free school through The Brother's Trust, the charity foundation he manages with his family. "My ultimate goal is to build a school that is the best-equipped in all of London, completely free, and comparable in standard to any private school in the country," he stated. Holland emphasized that this school would be for those "who might not be able to afford tuition," declaring it his "lifelong goal."
