Japan's Megahouse toy company, under its "LOOK UP" series of Q-version character figures, which features many anime and manga characters in an upward-gazing pose, has simultaneously unveiled two new products based on the classic anime "Inuyasha" – "Inuyasha" and "Sesshomaru." Both are priced at 4,620 JPY and are scheduled for release in March 2026!
"Inuyasha" is a manga series created by Japanese manga artist Rumiko Takahashi, which was adapted into a TV anime by Sunrise in 2000. In the story, Inuyasha and Sesshomaru are half-brothers. Inuyasha is a half-demon, while Sesshomaru is a full-blooded great demon. Their personalities are vastly different, often leading to conflicts, but as the story progresses, they gradually reveal their bond and subtle understanding of each other.
These two LOOK UP figures stand approximately 11 cm tall and feature the characters' iconic appearances from the series. In their Q-version scale, details such as their hairstyles and clothing are faithfully reproduced. Inuyasha's body is sculpted in a crouching pose, contrasting with Sesshomaru! The figures have simple articulation in the head, allowing for slight adjustments to their gaze, making them perfect for taking out and placing on a table to accompany toy enthusiasts during meals! Furthermore, pre-ordering the two-figure set through official channels will include special cushions printed with their names and corresponding colors, which can be used to enhance the display's aesthetic!
