The new "Superman" film, which was confirmed for a sequel during its initial theatrical run, made a major official announcement today. "Superman" star David Corenswet, "Lex Luthor" actor Nicholas Hoult, and writer-director-producer James Gunn jointly posted an update confirming that the second installment, "Man of Tomorrow," is set to premiere on July 9, 2027.
