BANDAI CANDY, the Shokugan division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., has announced the latest limited-edition product in its Kamen Rider action figure Shokugan series, 'Shodo EXCEED': the 'Kamen Rider Kuuga Mighty Form & TryChaser 2000 Set,' slated for release in January 2026.
The TRCS-2000 TryChaser 2000 is a prototype motorcycle developed by the Metropolitan Police Department and used by Yusuke Godai, the transformed form of Kamen Rider Kuuga. It boasts excellent maneuverability in complex urban terrain, capable of high-speed straight-line travel and easily climbing steep stairs, ensuring no escaping suspect gets away. Furthermore, the vehicle body features a color-changing function, and its right handlebar can be detached and used as a baton.
The 'Shodo EXCEED Kamen Rider Kuuga Mighty Form & TryChaser 2000 Set' includes both the Kamen Rider Kuuga Mighty Form main body and his dedicated motorcycle, the 'TryChaser 2000.' The Kuuga main body is crafted according to the specifications of the new 'Shodo EXCEED' series, featuring intricately sculpted armor shapes and belt details at an approximate height of 10 cm. The compound eyes on the head are now made with clear parts, revealing intricate internal patterns. The entire body is also finished with metallic red, gold, and silver paint, conveying a luxurious texture.
Accessories include 6 types of interchangeable hand parts. The entire body features flexible articulated joints, allowing for dynamic poses such as combat stances and the signature 'Mighty Kick' finisher. The 'TryChaser 2000' motorcycle, on the other hand, boasts a completely new sculpt, measuring approximately 10 cm in length and featuring multiple metallic paint applications. It meticulously reproduces the detailed internal mechanical structure, allowing for cool riding poses when paired with the Kuuga main body. Additionally, a baton part, representing the detached right handlebar, is also included.
