Produced by Japan's PLEX Co., Ltd. and released by X-PLUS Co., Ltd., the popular soft vinyl figure series "DEFOREAL," which incorporates exquisite realistic details into cute deformed proportions, has announced its latest product from "Monster Battle Machine COLOR Godzilla 70th Edition": the "Machinedramon: Type-3 (Kai) Mode," scheduled for release in December 2025.
"Monster Battle Machine COLOR Godzilla 70th Edition," scheduled for release in August 2025, is a collaborative product launched in partnership with "Digimon" to commemorate the 70th anniversary of "Godzilla." The game software will feature dozens of classic Toho monsters from the "Godzilla" series. When players raise Koromon, they will have the chance to evolve it into original collaborative Digimon such as "MetalGreymon: G-Erosion Mode," "SkullGreymon: G-Erosion Mode," and more.
In the original work, Machinedramon is a composite beast formed by combining parts from various Machine Digimon. This time, the released "DEFOREAL Machinedramon: Type-3 (Kai) Mode" further fuses Machinedramon with the unique design of Type-3 Kiryu (MechaGodzilla), bringing it to life as a figure with a total height of approximately 16.5 cm. It faithfully reproduces Machinedramon's original massive jaw, the two cannons mounted on its back, MetalGreymon's left arm, and other features, as well as the gradually Kiryu-fied head, body, and the right arm equipped with the "Spiral Claw."
The eyes use clear parts to express a translucent effect, and the entire body is painted with a silvery-white metallic finish to convey a heavy mechanical texture. Combined with ink wash treatment, the rich details are fully brought out.
