Japan's PLEX Co., Ltd. (株式会社プレックス), under its Daikaiju Series ULTRA NEW GENERATION line, is releasing a new product in the FAVORITE SCULPTORS LINE featuring the Ultraman Gaia theme: the "Ultraman Gaia Supreme Version" Limited Edition Collectible Statue. The suggested retail price is 24,200 JPY, with an estimated release in November 2025!
The "FAVORITE SCULPTORS LINE" is a series conceptualized to commercialize garage kit works by renowned sculptors. This "Ultraman Gaia Supreme Version" stands approximately 25.5 cm tall, with its prototype created by sculptor Mick (マイク). It faithfully recreates Gaia's strongest form from the series, achieved after maximizing the release of his and Agul's light energy. The statue meticulously captures the Supreme Version Gaia's unique robust physique, with intricate details such as the wrinkles, color, and luster of the suit all delicately reproduced, perfectly bringing to life the iconic Supreme Version design!
The limited edition includes a special base with lighting effects. Placing the statue on it activates the illumination function, lighting up its eyes and the color timer on its chest. A switch allows toggling to a red flashing timer mode, recreating the intense state of battle! Furthermore, the product comes with interchangeable arms, which can be displayed in conjunction with the "Ultraman Agul V2" (scheduled for future release) to recreate the iconic handshake scene from the series!
