Japanese company ACRO, known for collaborating with renowned sculptors in the industry to create numerous exquisite monster figures, has partnered with the brilliant sculptor Takayuki Takeya for their captivating "KAIJU REMIX SERIES (KRS)". They have announced their latest product from the "Ultraman Series" theme: the "KRS × TAKEYA Miclas" soft vinyl figure, with a suggested retail price of 27,500 JPY, scheduled for release in December 2025.
The "KRS × TAKEYA" series, which commercializes the design work of master Takayuki Takeya, follows its first release, "Windam", with its second installment: the "KRS × TAKEYA Miclas" soft vinyl figure. Sculpted by Sagata Kick, this figure stands approximately 30 cm tall. Master Takeya's meticulous design style has been infused into the capsule monster Miclas, featuring a heavy physique, large and curved horns on its head, substantial fleshy details that carve out drooping lines, and wrinkles formed by bearing weight, all conveying an extremely biological charm!
Utilizing ACRO's unique "U-VINYL technology" to produce baked metal molds, the figure thoroughly reproduces Miclas's unique and captivating silhouette. Cosmic tribal totems are embedded on its horns and skin, along with layered claws and thick hide resembling shale. Its hunched posture, combined with a slightly bewildered expression on its face, achieves a full sense of tension and charm!
