Japan's MAX FACTORY toy company's popular action figure series "figma" will release its latest product, "figma Rikka Takarada GRIDMAN UNIVERSE Ver.", based on the animated film "GRIDMAN UNIVERSE"! The suggested retail price is 12,000 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in June 2026.
The heroine of "SSSS.GRIDMAN", an anime adaptation of Tsuburaya Productions' tokusatsu work "Denkou Choujin Gridman", "Rikka Takarada" is a classmate of Yuta Hibiki, Sho Utsumi, and Akane Shinjo. Although she often appears lazy and troublesome, she is actually very gentle and considerate of her friends. Rikka's family runs a recycling shop called "JUNK SHOP Aya", and since the computer "JUNK" where GRIDMAN resides is in the shop, it also became the base for the GRIDMAN Alliance. After entering her second year of high school, Yuta decides to confess to Rikka, who was assigned to a different class. However, the sudden appearance of GRIDMAN once again throws their daily lives into chaos.
Following the "figma Rikka Takarada" released in 2019, this "figma Rikka Takarada GRIDMAN UNIVERSE Ver." action figure is based on her appearance in "GRIDMAN UNIVERSE", using newly sculpted parts to recreate her adorable summer uniform! Details such as her plump thighs, the school emblem on her vest, and the orange hair tie on her right hand are meticulously reproduced. It comes with a rich array of expression parts, including a smiling "normal face", a "closed-eyes face", a blushing "shy face", and a "laughing face", as well as "notebook" and "smartphone" accessories to enjoy scenes from the film. Additionally, it includes "dedicated lower body parts for sitting" and a "swing" part with a clear stand, allowing you to recreate the memorable swing scene – truly captivating!
