Japan's X-PLUS Co., Ltd. (株式会社エクスプラス) has unveiled a new product based on the classic film "The Wolf Man" – the "Lon Chaney Jr. as The Wolf Man" 1/8 scale plastic model kit, with a suggested retail price of 8,800 JPY, slated for release in December 2025!
"The Wolf Man" is a classic black-and-white horror film released by Universal Pictures in 1941, directed by George Waggner and starring Lon Chaney Jr. It is one of the most iconic werewolf-themed films in cinema history, telling the story of Larry Talbot, who returns to the Welsh town of Llanwelly to deal with his brother's death, only to become unexpectedly entangled in the werewolf legend after meeting local woman Gwen.
This werewolf model kit, when completed, stands approximately 22 cm tall.
