Japanese model company Kaiyodo's popular articulated figure series "AMAZING YAMAGUCHI" has officially unveiled a new product based on the popular anime and manga "One-Punch Man" – the "Garou" articulated figure. The suggested retail price is 10,450 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in May 2026!
Garou (ガロウ) was originally a disciple of the S-Class hero Silver Fang's "Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist" martial arts style. He possessed exceptional martial arts talent but was expelled from the dojo for unilaterally instigating fights and severely injuring his fellow disciples. From a young age, Garou admired villains and aspired to become the strongest, undefeated monster, pursuing "absolute evil." He thus began hunting heroes and gradually grew into an undeniable force.
This AMAZING YAMAGUCHI Garou stands approximately 16.5 cm tall. The prototype was personally sculpted by Master Katsuhisa Yamaguchi, adopting Garou's appearance from his debut in the series when he was hunting heroes. It meticulously recreates his iconic silver hair, with sculpting that showcases his well-defined musculature and taut waistline. The use of the Yamaguchi-style articulation structure allows him to recreate various dynamic combat poses from the anime! Accessories include five interchangeable face parts and five sets of interchangeable hands, among which are hand parts that connect to translucent effect parts, allowing for the flexible recreation of his Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist technique!
Furthermore, pre-ordering through official channels will include an exclusive interchangeable face part with one eye glowing red, which can be swapped to enhance the overall intensity of the display!
