Following "Ranma" and "Ranma Saotome," Japanese toy company KOTOBUKIYA has unveiled another new product based on the classic anime "Ranma ½" – the "Shampoo" 1/7 scale pre-painted figure. It has a suggested retail price of 19,800 JPY and is scheduled for release in April 2026!
Shampoo is a warrior from the Chinese Amazon tribe. In China, she was coincidentally defeated by female Ranma, and according to Amazon tradition, she was obligated to kill female Ranma. However, after pursuing Ranma to Japan, she was defeated by male Ranma, and by tradition, she must marry him, thus constantly pursuing Ranma!
This Shampoo 1/7 scale pre-painted figure stands approximately 22.5 cm tall, bringing her adorable pose holding Cat Cafe fried rice to life. Her standing posture perfectly showcases the fair, slender leg curves extending from the slit of her red short qipao down to her toes. Details from her hair ornaments and the bells on her braids to her costume have been meticulously recreated, presenting a simple yet refined texture. The fried rice she holds is truly mouth-watering! The accompanying Cat Cafe delivery box exquisitely reproduces the metallic surface and wooden texture of the handle, and its lid can be opened for flexible display options, enriching the overall presentation!
Furthermore, pre-orders placed on the Kotobukiya official website will include an exclusive winking face part, offering even more display choices!
