The popular candy toy series 'FW GUNDAM CONVERGE', released by Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd.'s Shokugan (candy toy) division BANDAI CANDY, has announced its latest product from the anime "Mobile Suit Gundam", the "Lalah Sune's Mobile Armor", slated for release in January 2026.
The MAN-08 Elmeth was the first "Newtype-use combat mobile armor" developed by the Principality of Zeon military at the end of the One Year War, piloted by the Newtype girl Lalah Sune. Compared to the Zeon military's previously developed Newtype-use mobile armor prototype, the "Braw Bro", this unit not only successfully reduced its size to 1/10 but also incorporated a cutting-edge psycommu system. This allowed the pilot to flexibly control the unit with minimal input and remotely operate the ten internal funnels for all-range attacks.
The "FW GUNDAM CONVERGE Lalah Sune's Mobile Armor" condenses the distinctive features of the unit into an SD scale, approximately 11.7 cm in length. It meticulously recreates details such as the armor surface lines, the thrusters on the back of the unit, and the funnel storage hatches. Some parts utilize ABS material to achieve sharp detailing. Furthermore, the main body incorporates numerous mechanisms: the front armor can be removed to reveal the internal cockpit design, the rear hatch can be pulled out to store the funnels, and the two mega particle cannons can pivot up and down.
Accessories include interchangeable parts to recreate the "landing gear", seven "funnels" with jet effect parts, and various clear stands for the funnels. These allow for dynamic displays of the funnels ejecting and surrounding the Elmeth!
