Japanese model manufacturer GOOD SMILE COMPANY's mechanical-themed brand MECHA SMILE, known for its "THE GATTAI" series of transforming robot models, is set to release its latest product from the classic game "Super Robot Wars Y": "THE GATTAI DX DYNAZENON RELIVE"! The suggested retail price is 25,000 JPY, with an anticipated release in May 2026!
The original unit "DYNAZENON RELIVE" from "SSSS.DYNAZENON," which made a powerful debut in the game "Super Robot Wars Y," was designed by Tsuyoshi Nonaka. It is piloted by the four members of "Kaiju Priority," with its main feature being the control of nearly invisible micron-sized kaiju as its core, fused with a prototype DYNAZENON. It lacks the separation and re-combination mechanism of DynaRex, fully embodying the Kaiju Priority philosophy!
Making a grand entrance, "THE GATTAI DX DYNAZENON RELIVE" stands approximately 25 cm tall, faithfully reproducing the complex and magnificent design from the game, with striking color schemes that are truly eye-catching. Through the replacement of helmet, head, and shoulder parts, it can undergo partial transformation, allowing for enjoyment of both its normal form and its power-released second form. The patterns on the newly designed decorative parts are recreated with laser stickers to achieve a brilliant luster.
It boasts a wide range of articulation, allowing for various combat poses. The DYNA Sabers equipped on both hands are made with clear parts, enabling the recreation of the Gigantic Sword Pulse attack. It also features an automatic deployment mechanism for the leg missile hatches, allowing for the reproduction of DYNAZENON RELIVE's Full Burst and Burst Missile attacks!
As an original element of THE GATTAI series, it can separate into the four RELIVE Ver. units: "DYNA SOLDIER," "DYNA WING," "DYNA STRIKER," and "DYNA DIVER," which can then combine to form "DYNA REX." Furthermore, DYNA SOLDIER can transform into the DYNAMIC CANNON RELIVE Ver., brimming with presence and power! This product can also be combined and enjoyed with separately sold THE GATTAI series GRIDKNIGHT, Gridman (Universe Fighter), and Big Goldburn!
