Chinese toy brand CCSTOYS has announced a special project product from the classic robot anime *Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann* : the "Perfect Transformation Super Galaxy Gurren Lagann" is currently in development, with a release date yet to be determined.
Heaven and Earth! One Rider, One God! Super Galaxy Gurren Lagann is a super-spiral, super-dreadnought face that transforms from the Great Gurren Brigade's flagship, the Super Galaxy Dai-Gurren. Maintaining this form requires a vast amount of Spiral Power. Thus, after the Great Gurren Brigade was dragged into the Sea of Death, it immediately reverted to its cruising form. As everyone was left to await death in this sea of darkness, Kittan stepped forward and bravely sacrificed himself, destroying the Death Spiral Machine. The infinite darkness immediately transformed into immense Spiral Power, and a grief-stricken Simon received his will, once again transforming the Super Galaxy Dai-Gurren into Super Galaxy Gurren Lagann.
Currently, the prototype for the "Battleship Form" of the "Perfect Transformation Super Galaxy Gurren Lagann" has been exhibited at the 'Wonder Festival 2025 Shanghai' venue. The overall design is quite faithful and boasts a considerably large size. However, the transformation process into Super Galaxy Gurren Lagann is, after all, illogical, especially since the massive drills on its shoulders simply cannot fit into the ship's hull. To achieve both forms, it might require more intricate part separation, folding, or the inclusion of "appearance-focused parts."
