Henry Cavill, who starred as Geralt in the first three seasons of "The Witcher," has departed the series. Liam Hemsworth will officially step into the role of the new Geralt this month, and Netflix has now unveiled the official trailer for the upcoming fourth season, marking Hemsworth's debut.
The official synopsis reads: "After the continent-shaking events of Season 3, Geralt, Yennefer, and Ciri are separated by fierce conflict and countless enemies. They embark on divergent paths, each with clear goals, and encounter unexpected allies eager to join them. If they can embrace these new companions, they might have a chance to be together forever..."

While Geralt's role has been recast, the core ensemble remains intact, with Freya Allan returning as Ciri, Anya Chalotra as Yennefer, and Joey Batey as the bard Jaskier. New cast members joining Hemsworth include Laurence Fishburne, Sharlto Copley, and James Purefoy. The season is slated to premiere on October 30.
